Main Introduction:

1. Hand-controlled lifting table, hand-controlled titling of sewing head.
2. Hand-controlled speed for moving of carriage and sewing,

hand-controlled slowdown at corners.

3. Mainly used for tape edging of mattress panel, sleeping bag and tent.

Product Main Information:

The machine is mainly used for sewing Simmons mattresses,

mattress fabrics and wall coverings to complete the edges

between the package seam work, but also applies to other mattresses,

sofas upholstered sewing, sleeping bag.

The aircraft is equipped with hanging rotary power supply,

so that the machine can do continuous sewing.

Within the range of sewing trajectory can be arbitrarily fixed work,

sewing speed and process can be controlled by a knee lever.

Terms:

Payment: 30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

70% covered by T/T or Sight Confirmed Irrevocable L/C before delivery.

Delivery: 40 days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up:

One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation,

commissioning and training, cost for flight and suitable accommodation

plus USD80/day per person will be charged additionally.

Warranty: 12 months limited warranty starting from date of delivery excluding wear parts.

Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during

warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
